Who We Are

Mr. K.C. Mittal was the Hon'ble Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi w.e.f. 24.08.2001 to 30.09.2003 and also during the period 28.07.2018 till 07.09.2020. Mr. K.C.Mittal has held the post of Vice - Chairman also w.e.f. 24.01.1997 till 23.10.1997.
He has been an elected member of Bar Council of Delhi since 1992 and is still continues to be the member.

He was president of the Delhi High Court Bar Association from 2007 till 2009.

He has been Standing Counsel (Criminal) as well as Central Government Standing Counsel.

Sh. K.C. Mittal is a popular figure in the advocates fraternity, practicing in civil & Criminal matters. He has vast experience in the legal field and also has a unique distinction of completing 50 year of practice at Bar, which he has fulfilled this year, and was felicitated by Bar Council of Delhi and other Bar Associations for his unique achievement.
